Joseph is a graduate of Bryant College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has been a practicing CPA for more than thirty-five years.
On July 1, 1990, he joined Donna in forming Blanchette & Company. He is currently serving as Vice President and Tax Managing Principal for the firm.
Joseph is a member of the following professional organizations:

- National Association of Tax Professionals
- Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Joseph devotes his time to individual income tax; estate and trust income tax; small business accounting, consulting and tax; and financial statement preparation.
